What does the "error generating the type library" mean?

In executing TestComplete 9.0, I Sometimes get the error message "Error occurred generating the type library: Access is denied".  When i quickly see it and click the ok button, script execution contin...

Just a quick idea: are you starting TestComplete/TestExecute 'As Administrator' or not?

If the latter, does it help if you start it As Administrator?

(Just in case: to start an application 'As Administrator' right-click it and select the 'Run As Administrator' context menu command.)
