Please answer the following questions to help us better understand what is going on:


1. What TestComplete version are you using?


2. What browser (its name and version) is opened?


3. What Windows version are you using?


4. Have you tried to log in to Windows by using the second account (that you are passing via the RunAs mode) and to execute the test under this account? Did you see any differences in the object recognition?
