the error says:

that's because i tried to find out if when the tab wasn't created the script will move on to the Else statement but,it looks like when i delete the new created tab(on purpose)TC cannot find the early level of the drilled down tree hierarchy and that's why it failed the script.i would like it to check weather the tab exist and if not just move on to the Else statement
