Verify file exists in keyword test,not showing result if true

I don't use Keyword Testing, but the expression might be wrong. You need to store the returned value of aqFile.Exists() into a variable then use the if...then expression to check the condition. 

Also, if you refer to https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/reference/program-objects/aqfile/index.html you can see that it uses double back slash to reference the file
