Using iOS scripts and experiencing random crashes during playback
Hi All
I opened a ticket with support, but want to post this to see if I can get feedback from other user that might be experiencing the following behavior on iOS (iPad) playback.

I am experiencing random playback crashes on our iPad app that I automated with TC iOS 10.2.XXX support. Crashes is define as during play back the iPad app closes during play back for no reason that I see. Can you provide some reasons why this would occur? Can you provide steps in which I can track down the root causes so I can report them to you and get some resolution to these crashes? I need info like how to track down the crashes, is there any trace / debugging / logging files that I can send to you? Is there any system environment specific things that I can send to you to aid in stabilizing the playbacks? Can I provide sample scripts that could aid in doing things to avoid the crashes and techniques I can use to auto restart the app to recover from these crashes? It is happening randomly and is difficult to recreate on a consistent running of the iPad app. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Can you please help?
