Unable to test embedded java / AWT application

An update: the problem does not exists with the just released TestComplete 10.50.

I was able to successfully work with the Web Start (.jnlp) application using FireFox 32.0.3 and Java 10.72.2.14 (which corresponds to v.7.72).
