Unable to run a desktop application

Hi,there.

 

Testcomplete is unable to run a desktop application I developed.

It's our company original  application.

Do I need any tips to run original desktop applicaiton?

    How are you launching the application? And do you get any errors? If you can provide more details, it will help resolving the issue better.
