Unable to re-cert TestComplete-Certification

  I would like to re-cert on my expired TestComplete certs but I am not able.  The site sends me to my previous completed exam if I attempt to take the exam. https://smartbear.com/academy/testcom...

Interesting, my 2021 certificate does not have expiration date.

I did not keep up with learning, and logging in to Academy with my new ID I don't see my old credits.

Is this something recently changed?
