Carol posted in another similar thread several useful links describing how to downgrade Chrome and prevent the automatic update.
If the problem persists, please do the following:
1. Open your page in Chrome manually.
2. Switch to the Object Browser panel in TestComplete.
3. Expand the Browser node in the object tree.
Do you navigate through web objects fine?
