I am trying to click on the Chrome popup (PFA) but Test complete is not selecting the popup(ok button on the popup).
Chrome Version: Version 66.0.3359.117 (Official Build) (64-bit)
TestComplete Version: Version: 12.42.3048.7 x64
Let me know if any information required.

Solution:
We got the solution for the browser popup ,as i have update the TC Version: 12.50.4142.7 x64 for chrome 66 version.
THIS IS WORKING FOR THE CHROME POPUP's.
Chrome version 66 is not supported directly in TC 12.42 (https://support.smartbear.com/downloads/testcomplete/chrome-patches/). You may need to contact support to see if a patch exists for 12.42 to Chrome 66.

When am trying download this version(12.50) of Test Complete its giving error (PFA)

I am not a SmartBear employee so any problems with downloading is something you should take up with them. Additionally, make sure that your company policy is not blocking downloads of executables.
