Unable to get TestExecute free trial or how long should I wait?

Question

I wanted to download a free trial of TestExecute, went to http://smartbear.com/products/qa-tools/automated-testing-tools/automated-testing-add-ons/test-execute and clicked "Download Trial", filled the form and submitted the information... nothing happened. I didn't get any email from your side.&nbsp; Have I done something wrong or how long should I wait to get the trial version of TestExecute?

Hi Pyoter,There was an issue with the trial request mechanism recently. It was resolved, so could you try requesting the trial one more time?If the problem remains, please contact our Support Team.

Alex,thank you for trying to help me :)But I've just tried it twice again and unfortunately the result is still the same :(P.S: I'm running FireFox 13.0.1 if it matters
