Hi Chan,
Please make sure that you carefully followed all the preparation instructions described in the About Host Performance Counters help topic.- kkchanContributorHi
I want to access performance counter of my local machine. I have enabled File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks service; I am admin of the machine as well. What else missed out? I was working, but don't know why just not for now
Hi Chan,
We have checked this functionality once again and were able to reproduce the problem you reported. If you want to get a patch, please contact us directly using the Contact Support form.- Hi,
I am also getting the same error message when ever I add a IP which is not in our network domain. When I add the host from my local machine it is working fine.
Scenario: Web Application is in a different server which is not in any domain. Test Complete is in another domain and has administrator privileges. Connecting to the Web Application from the same system as Test Complete. But when I add the Full Name or IP of the host I get the error specified in the thread header.
It is very very urgent and can you get back immediately?
Regards,
Madhu
Hi Madhu,
What exactly version of TestComplete you are working with?
If the machine with which you are trying to work is located out of your domain then, most probably, one or several of the conditions specified in the Configuring remote host section of the About Host Performance Counters help topic.
