What is the path to your license server?

Hi Marsha_R, Following is the Base Directory path: C:/Program Files/Common Files/Aladdin Shared/HASP/ for Sentinel License Manager 16.0.1.41863. Is this what you are asking for?

I think so! Is that directory accessible from where you are installing TC10?

Sorry. Just caught this thread and I have to step in here... vijayb's original problem is that his machine couldn't talk to SmartBear's License Activation Servers during his attempt to do an Automatic license activation. There is some kind of communication problem or our LAS machines weren't responding in a timely fashion. Vijayb should try the activation again. If the problem persists, then he should either investigate why his machine can't talk to port 443 (https) on our machines (ls1.smartbear.com), or he should try the Manual Activation Procedure.
If he had a license activated on some (internal) License Server machine and he was trying to run TestComplete but getting some error about "couldn't get a license" or "access denied", then Masha's suggestion would be correct.
Both problems are about not being able to access a server. One relates to activating a license, the other relates to accessing an (activated) license.
