UltraGrid sub-elements are not identified by testcomplete

I have an ultragrid object where the child elements are not identified by the test complete. I cannot identify the expand button or the sub-elements displayed after expanding the grid item. Only the ...

As per the documentation, UltraGrid is supported. But TestComplete is not able to find the contents of this grid.
