The wColumncount and wRowCount two properties of the object "TStringGrid" is shown the "an error occurred"

when i go through the TStringGrid ccontrol object i get the unknown error(see attched picture) in object browser. i don't know why the 'wColumnCount' and 'wRowCount' properties show the e...
