The value of Dragging

Hello,all.

Does the value of Drag Item  change by pc size or pc environment  or something?

The result of my Drag Item  is changed depending on a pc which I use. 

In the bigger pc case(resolution:1920*1080),the result is successed.

But, In the smaller pc case(resolution:2736*1824) ,the result is failed.
