The OCR service failed to process the document.

I am using TestComplete  Version: 14.30.3743.7 x64

 

While executing Script Recording file, below OCR error i am getting and unable to run none of the recorded scripts. Please help me to fix the issue at the earliest.

    If you record a new test, are you able to connect to that server?

    Hi Millan, were you able to solve this? If not, please provide the info Marsha is asking for, so that the Community could start to help you with troubleshooting this.
