I found the solution for my issue. Uninstalled then installed it again. LOL

Hi,
I believe that you had TestComplete opened on the primary monitor and Mobile Screen window displayed on the secondary monitor, right?
If the above is correct, this may be a good reason to raise a Support ticket via the https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete
