I would like to configure TFS for my actual Projects.
I think that I need it for scripts and Files.
I need to setup TFS because we already have it for other devs.
Could someone tell me what I need to do in TestComplete please ? Install VisualStudio ? Use TestComplete ? and that's all ?
Is there any plugings for TC ?

You need to have, at least, the Team Explorer (which is free) version of Visual Studio downloaded and installed on the workstations that you want to integrate with TFS for source control. If you're using the Git repositories in TFS, then it's a matter of downloading and configuring a git client on the workstations. See https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/integration/scc/git/overview.html
