Yes.You can Go Ahead.but verify your MAC OS version supported by Test complete

If you are talking about an iOS application, then yes, you can, as per the link you posted.
If you are talking about a native Mac application, ie OSX, then no. TestComplete can't test OSX desktop applications.
No idea what karthick7 is on about with MAC OS versions. Specific iOS versions are supported by TC (which are listed in the support docs). But the page you linked to is talking about using a windows VM on Mac to run TC to test a connected mobile device running iOS, and doesn't mention specific versions of OSX.

In this case Test complete is not going to help in testing MAC OS X. mean MAC OS desktop application.

Ah. Yep. You are correct. It doesn't work with OSX applications.

As Colin_McCrae mentioned, MAC OS is not supported by TC, only Apple mobile device operating systems.
