TestExecute 9.2 Crashing on 2008 SP2 X64

Hi,

I'm using TC and TE 9.2 for distributed testing. I'm running TE 9.2 against 2008 R2, 2008 SP2 and Server 2012. I see that TE crashes during playback on 2008 SP2.

Is this a known issue?

If not, I can provide more details but it looks like the tcOpenAppHook.dll is the problem.

    Hi Tanya,

    Thanks for your reply. How to I enable reporting so that I can capture some crash reports for you?

    Hi Jack,


     


    There should be new reports (check their creation date) in the following folder on your slave machines:


    Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008: <Users>\Public\Documents\TestComplete 9 Samples\


    Other operating systems: <Documents and Settings>\All Users\Documents\TestComplete 9 Samples\


     


    Please send them to our Support team along with a description of the problem.
