TestExecute 12 is still working in VM?

Hi All, 

 

I would like to ask if the TestExecute 12 is still can use in VM for desktop testing?. Currently we are using TestComplete 12 in desktop testing and we use TestExecute12 in VM however, we have difficulty using the TestExecute12 in VM. Can someone share their knowledge to help us to run it?

    Do you have issues running tests or installing it on to a VM? If it's running tests then you might want to uncheck the module the modules that you don't have as This can sometimes cause problems in tests.
    If you right click on testexecute in the VM, select Install Extensions and un-tick the modules you don't have, like web, mobile or desktop.

    Hi,

       Can you elaborate what problem are you facing. I am using TestComplete 12 to develop scripts for desktop based applications. And executing the scripts on different flavors of OS configurations VM using TE 12. I am not facing any issue over here, Can you explain your issue in precise
