Testexecute -license issues - Smartbear contact

We are having license issues on TestExecute machines. Is there any fastest way to communicate to smartbear ? We have already opened the case yesterday but they have not updated yet. We have almost  70 projects suitees, due to this license issues we cannot run those project suites.
