Thanks for the files. It looks like all those situations have the same root cause - some software is sending a whole bunch of TCP packets on port 60000, which is used by the service for the Network Suite communication. The service is getting swamped with those packets trying to handle all of them.
Everyone:
We have a patch to try - it changes the port number to avoid the problem. Please contact Support to get the patch, and try it in your environment. Based on the results, we will plan the further steps.
