TestCompleteService11.exe randomly uses Full CPU once a day

Since i've installed TestComplete,

i have a nearly daily occurance, that my CPU is going to 100%.

 

It's always the TestCompleteService11.exe that is doing that.

 

This happened during the Trial Period, and also now with Floating Licence installed.

 

Note: we are behind a very restrictive Company Firewall.

 

Killing the Process solves the Problem,  i didn't test for how long the Process will keep the CPU at 100%, since my ventilator goes beserk, so the longest i've tested it was a few Minutes.

 

Note: this occurs wheter i use or not use TestComplete11

 

I also tried a complete uninstall and reinstall of the newest Version, still the same problem.

 

TestComplete still works ,after the process was killed.

 

Please advise.

      I'm using 11.30, i've created a Ticket.

        Hello,

         

        I am noticing the same behavior as well. Even I am running 11.3 and on a floating license. Was there any resolution? Can I track the details of the ticket? Please respond. Thanks!
