TestComplete15.64 cannot recognize childobjects of htmlframe in Objectbrowser
TestComplete 15.64 shows no child of object type "Frame" from html frame on object browser. is it a bug or configuration/setting issue?
Browser: FF115

If it was working in a previous version, and not now. Then it's a bug!
