Champion Level 3I don't use Firefox, you might need to install SmartBear Test Extension. Ensure you have followed the instructions given in Preparing Firefox for Web Testing

I found that 'Content processing sandboxing' was not set correctly because the setting is user based. Once the setting was made correctly as ME (the user) TC began to work!
