Just a question:
I am using TestComplete 15 but the extension is version 14. I am guessing they do not need to match but just checking.
jfayefrankPM can you try using the repair option on TC15 from the control panel?

I do not have a repair option. Also I would need admin access which I need to contact our support for. Do you mean modify?? I am on Windows 10. Thanks!!
