TestComplete prevent WER from generating crash dump

An background running service is related to the tested application, I configure Window Error Reporting(WER) to generate dump file on the service program. Dumps are generated when I manually test the application if the service crashes, but when it's time to use TestComplete, dump file cannot be created for the crashed service. It seems like TestComplete prevent OS/WER from generating crash dump. Is there something settings to let TestComplete not go in that way?
