Testcomplete Mobile tool is getting crash

Now again same issue with another version of testcomplete mobile

it problem with testcomplete python editor. when I trying write code dropdown list opens tool is getting crash.

 

same issue I have reported early and Case Number: 00173930

please find the error attached

 

Dear team please help me to overcome this issue as early as

    Since you already have a case number with support, you should go back to them because they have all the details from before.
