Getting Started with Mobile Application Testing

What are the first steps to get automated testing rolling on a mobile app? I'm fairly new to TC 9.30 and I heard this was a new feature. Also, what are the steps to get TC to interact (if it does) with a mobile device?

    Also, if you put this out in beta and are open to testers, let me know. I would love to help move this project forward!
