TestComplete_IssueTracking_TFS_Connection and Setup details

Hello Team,

Can someone explain me how to connect the TFS using Issue tracking option i.e. Connection Manager, i tried my best to connect the host by entering correct username and password however each time i received error while connecting TFS host 

not sure it is due lack of admin access or TFS db access permission error.

I did referred the earlier discussion and suggested video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6l-32lhkTMk) of integration between TFS and Test complete however that video doesn't help me as the TestComplete version used in that video it look like too old and i can't find any such option while connecting TFS

hence it will highly appreciate if someone guide whats the best way to connect TFS with test-complete to raise defect into TFS
