The web application under test has login page.. when i start spy on the page it is not recognizing the text box and login button.....It is capturing the complete screen
Just try to check whether the chrome extension is enabled. Or this might be due to content security policy of the application. If it still doesn't help reach out to customer support!
Which browser are you seeing this in? As satyakic91 mentioned, have you set up the browser for TestComplete?
i am using firefox 82.0.1 and no patches is avaialable
i tried browser preparation but it is still not working
