Here are some tips:
1. Make sure that you use the latest versions of TestComplete 8 (ver. 8.70.727) and 9 (9.10.1894).
2. Make sure that all the requirements from the "Testing In-Browser Silverlight Applications - Requirements" and "Preparing a Web Browser for Testing Silverlight Applications" help topics are met.
3. Make sure that you patch your Silverlight application using the tcAgPatcher utility that is shipped along with the version of TestComplete you use. That is, for example, if you try to test the application using TestComplete 9.10.1894, you need to use the tcAgPatcher utility that can be found in the TestComplete 9 installation folder and has the same version.
