testcomplete feature Intelligent Quality Add Ons

Is there a way of making testcomplete to recognize objects without using the Intelligent Quality Add Ons. 

Scenario:
I screen recording a step where it need to click a button right lets say the object name is Aliases.mainwindow.button.

when i re-run the script it does recognize the button anymore and i dont know why but I check again the button it changes to Aliases.mainwindow2.button now. 

With the Intelligent Quality Add Ons feature it works, but that feature is expensive.  
Is there a way i can work without using that feature, any module or method i can use.
