TestComplete Error

Hi   Hope you all are well.   We have recently installed TC v14 on a VM however, whenever I try and access the TC application I get the bellow error message:   Can someone please advise w...

    gdave , I see that the Support Team proposed a new workaround and are witing for a reply from you:

     

    >>

    1) completely uninstall TestComplete
    2) Remove the "TestComplete 14" folder from "C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear"
    3) Reinstall TestComplete

I have replied to support. Their solution didn't work. I'll update the forum once I have any resolution.

    1) completely uninstalled TestComplete
    2) Remove the "TestComplete 14" folder from "C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear"
    3) Reinstalled TestComplete
