testcomplete doesn't recognize the application process

hi    i have trigger event  in remote machine (running test suite in testcomplete) through PSEXEC tool from local machine.   testcomplete launches and runes the suite,but it doesn't recognize the...

Hi Saaran,

 

In most cases, this issue is related to the fact that TestComplete and your tested application were run under different Windows accounts. Please check this.
