The issue does not happen every time but it does only appear to happen with one project of mine and only when I run that project on Windows 8.
The test usually runs for about 4 hours before I see this problem.
I'm in contact with SmartBear support. They are having me use the report generator tool to get them some logs.
The problem is that when I run that tool, my test does not run correctly. It appears to get stuck while the report generator is running.

Out of curiosity... do you happen to use Excel at all in your testing?

I do not use Excel. I primarily test in the Visual Studio environment.
Have you run into this with Excel?

Well... I don't quite know what I've run into (or stepped on). Just fishing for any possible connections to a "no more threads" problem.
