TestComplete clarification on license validity and multiple user usage

Hi,   Can anyone please explain the difference between Fixed and Floating versions of TestComplete. Can we use TestComplete on multiple devices with multiple users?   And also, I need to know the...

Fixed: Single user test on physical machines only
Floating: Multiple users test on physical and virtual machines
