Testcomplete cant recognize objects

Question

Hi i am working with a desktop application that is developed on microsoft acess. For sime testcomplete is not recognizing the objects on the screens. It is only able to recognize windows and panels but not any objects like text fields or controls. I have configured MSAA in the project settings but still cant recognize. Any suggestions would be of great help. Thank You

I have tried out the iptions mentuined in those links but i had no luck in recognizing objects. The inly way that might work is by using COM server but to wtote scripts i need to be avle to get the properties of objects.
