TestComplete 9 installation issue in VM.

Hello, 



We have been trying to install TestComplete 9 in VM from yesterday, we have faced different issues in these 2 days,

• 
  Day 1 : During installation it hangs with process "smartbear testcomplete9 is configuring your new software configuration".Installation does not proceed further,we have tried unchecking the MS Visual Studio integration feature,but no luck.


• 
  Day 2 : During installation after Extracting process completes, a security question comes up and d process gets aborted. Pls find the attachment.

Please suggest solution as the tool installation is of high priority.
