Testcomplete 9: Extremely slow test execution

Bump. Test execution using TestExecute went from around 50 minutes to 2-2.5 hours when upgrading from 8.60 to 9.0. I already upgraded my project already to 9.0 and have made other changes already, so it looks like I can't even go back to 8.x without significant efforts. Since I see so many people experiencing similar behavior, is SmartBear aware of an issue regarding test execution slowness?
