TestComplete 8.60 can not detect the windows installer process on Win7 64bit VM machine

Hi,



I am using TestComplete 8.60 standard edition. It is running on a Win7 64bit VMWare Workstation VM. It can not detect the windows installer process when I run an installation program. The process is shown in Task Manager. It is fine on a Win7 64bit physical PC.



Any ideas?

    Please see my reply in this thread.



    Also, in the future, please do not duplicate threads. This makes processing your requests much more difficult for us and does not increase the requests priority anyway.
