TestComplete 7.52 patched hangs on startup - Win7 x64 new installation

Over the weekend I received a support confirmation with the details I submitted, I believe you should be able to locate it in your system now.  There was no ticket number so I'm guessing you just file it by my customer info?



Anyway, let me know what you find.  Thanks for your help.
