TestComplete 7.52 patched hangs on startup - Win7 x64 new installation

Weird.. I submitted them on Wednesday.  I've not seen a confirmation email, so I chatted with a live rep.  She could not find the support request. I've submitted it again, but I've not received a confirmation yet.
