OK, to help us investigate the problem, please follow the steps below:
1. Download Process Explorer - the tool to work with processes in your system:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx
2. Install Process Explorer and run it as an administrator.
3. When the hanging occurs, wait for about 5 minutes to make sure TestComplete is hanging.
4. Right-click the TestComplete process in the process tree of Process Explorer and select 'Create Dump | Create Minidump...', save the memory dump to a file.
5. Wait for a minute and execute step 4 again to get another dump file.
6. Send me the generated dump files via the Contact Support form.
