TestComplete 7.52 patched hangs on startup - Win7 x64 new installation

Sigh. I got the project loaded up again and tried to run some tests, the run errored out stating that it could not lauch our AUT.  As before I set the shortcut to Run as Administrator and the problem is back as before. I'm sending in the dumps you requested now.
