TestComplete 7.52 patched hangs on startup - Win7 x64 new installation

Unfortunately not.  The problem is that I cannot get to where I could even register again because TC is hanging during its splash screen.  The old registration info has been cleared out when I did a full uninstall.



Until I can figure out why TC is hanging on startup I can't do anything with it at all.  It hangs, and after a few minutes it still is hung.  If you click on the application, Windows eventually engages its non-responding window protocols which results in TC being closed.
