TestComplete 7.52 patched hangs on startup - Win7 x64 new installation

No luck?



If I open a project directly from the file system TC launches, now displays the default Help window launches, then that my installation is not licensed and the application will be closed.  Naturally, clicking OK on this message box closes the application.  So I'm stuck.
