TestComplete 15.66: Does it require .NET 8.0 Desktop Runtime

I have TestComplete 15.66 installed to test out before installing on other machines.

I have been getting a popup window today as such:

 

I'm trying to figure out if TestComplete is asking for this or is the application I am testing against is doing this.

.NET 8.0 Desktop Runtime (v8.0.7) - Windows x64 Installer!

Anyone see this or can give some guidance here?

    I'm guessing the file tcNetCoreReflectionServer.exe is relating to TestComplete!?

    I have not see this from other installs of TestComplete 15.66.

    I am just not sure if I need to install this or not.
    Automation is running fine as it should.

    I have received the same error, Upon downloading .NET 8.0 my tests ran without issues.

    Oddly, I have not seen this pop up anymore.

    Thanks for some folks replying back on.
    Verification from the TestComplete community is always helpful and important.
